USCIS Releases New Forms For EB-5 Investor Visas

In today’s video, we will be taking a look at the new forms released for the Investor Visa Program.

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has released new forms for the EB5 investor visa program, which will provide a faster pathway to American residency or a green card through investment.

The form will be split into two versions: Form I-526 will be for Immigrant Petition by Standalone Investor, and Form I-526E for Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor.

Per the immigration agency, Form I-526, Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur, has been modified according to the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, which made substantial changes to both the filing and eligibility conditions for investors under the EB-5 program.
