Both EU and non-EU nationals are welcome to apply with exception of citizens of Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, and Yemen. This also refers to citizens of countries that are on the US travel ban or if a potential applicant has significant ties with the mentioned countries, he/she is also not allowed to apply.

The main applicant must be over 18 years of age. Dependents are considered spouse, unmarried financially dependent children under 29 years of age and parents/grandparents over the age of 55 years who are financially dependent from the Main Applicant.

Applicants must be of good health and go through the Due Diligence Process. The Exceptional Investment required to proceed starts from 720,000 EUR.
