About Identity Malta: Identity Malta Agency was established in 2013 and is responsible for citizens’ identity management and the implementation of migration processes. The government agency offers a specialized public service in matters relating to acts of civil status, eID cards, e-passports, visas, expatriate affairs and the registration of public deeds.
