In march 2022 the Regional Centers stopped their work due to new requirements from the Immigration Service, which means that the passive part of the EB-5 program has been stopped too. Recently, the Federal Court forbade the Immigration Service to require reaccreditation from the Regional Centers. This means that immigration through passive investments is available again and investors can start filing petitions to immigrate to America!
A passive investment of $800,000 allows you, your spouse, and your children under 21 to get a US Green Card. The most important criteria to satisfy is the proof of your funds.
