Hey family! Join me as we open the next chapter of my career in medicine by starting my Internal Medicine residency program. I am starting with a two-week rotation on the cardiology/oncology night float team. Residency is similar to medical school in that we learn and are exposed to the different subspecialties within Internal Medicine by doing rotations. Rotations last two weeks at a time, and every six weeks of inpatient rotations, we get two weeks of outpatient (clinic) medicine. I will break this down further in a separate video discussing schedules! Enjoy 😊
