In this video, Joseph reviews the AILA conference session about the EB-5 Investor Program and the International Entrepreneur Parole (IEP). Joseph explains how the new EB-5 law was a beacon of hope for investors until USCIS issued a website posting that all Regional Centers are deauthorized unless they apply for reinstatement. Due to long processing times and administrative hurdles, many investors were shocked by this new rule. He will discuss what the speakers shared about recent lawsuits and potential solutions for the immediate future.
