The three Balkans scams I have experienced… For me, Croatian scams and Serbia scams are have been similar… mostly limited to taxi scams. No biggie. The worst scam was in Montenegro. And another Albania scam was really interesting, but I prevented the scam. And in this video, I talk about these scams!
