Where should citizens of Venezuela, Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao submit their permanent residence applications?

• Economic class permanent residence applications should be sent to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.
• Family class permanent residence applications should be sent to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
• Further processing of permanent residence applications from Venezuela, Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao will be continued at the Canadian Visa Office in Mexico City.
