DUAL SEPHARDIC CITIZENSHIP, YOU CONSERVE YOUR OWN ONE WHEN YOU ARE SPANISH
Many of you, ask to us: if I apply for sephardic spanish citizenship, should I conserve my origin citizenships, or Ihave to choose and to be only spanish?
Many people doesn,t know or have doubts, but article 23 of Codigo Civil of Spain was modified in 2015 when Sephardic Law was approved, and now is totally clear: when a sephardic becomes spanish, any citizenship you have before, you can keep all: americans, israelí, Canadian, australians, turkish…and…of course, if you come from a country of Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Nicaragua…) you also conserve yours, of course.
It is because we encourage to all of you and your familiars to apply, to continue with the process until the end, if you still started your case with the Sephardic Spanish Citizenship law of 2015.
And if not, there is another procedure, for spanish citizenship, that you will be able to start also right now for you and your familiars
