People’s Labour Party PLP loyalists are encouraging persons waiting in the line at the Electoral Office where to register and where to vote. The police is complicit with the active voter fraud at the Electoral Office. Is it because members of the High Command are conscious of the fact that a change in administration also means a change of the High Command members? Is it self preservation?
