Pathfinder International is the only program in the world directly embedding it’s players with senior and juvenile teams in Spain. We help the player find an opportunity that fits his/her level, then provide all the living conditions needed to support life in Spain for ten months.

On the pitch, Pathfinder provides 5x weekly supplemental training and friendly matches at the world-class training facilities at Futbol Salou. Off the pitch, Pathfinder provides legal guardianship, medical insurance, immigration support, social / cultural integration, and multiple academic options (university credit, in-person international school, or NCAA compliant US accredited schooling). The players live at the award winning 5-star Cambrils Park Resort.

In addition to the academy lifestyle, our team of scouts uses their network to find Spanish Football Federation teams for the players to train and play with. Once the player is linked with a team, the academy provides transportation to/from the club’s regular training routine. There are literally thousands of clubs in Catalonia. We find the club that is the right place to start, and it’s up to the player to prove you deserve the next level!
