In my opinion, the EB-5 program is one of the best and easiest ways to get a Green Card. Your investment can be passive or active. If you choose the passive one, then you invest your $800 000 in some project which is licensed by the United States government and then they will take care of everything.
If you can choose the active investment you will invest $1 050 000 in your own business creating at least 10 jobs within 2 years.
