The Republic of China on Taiwan has made a US$2.5 million contribution over a period of three years toward Saint Lucia’s sustainable energy program.
The program aims to achieve, within a five-step process, the implementation of a public sector energy efficiency program, the provision of energy efficient street lighting, solar photovoltaic systems, and biogas digestors, and the building of an institutional framework for sustainable energy.
