The UAE Golden visa system offers long-term residency to investors, entrepreneurs, individuals with outstanding talents, researchers, medical professionals, those within the scientific and knowledge fields, and remarkable students.
Obtaining a UAE Golden Visa allows foreigners to live, work, do business, and study in the UAE. These UAE golden visas will be issued for 5 or 10 years and will automatically be renewed.
As per Cabinet Resolution No. 56 of 2018 Regarding the Organization of Residence Permits for Investors, Entrepreneurs and Professional Talent regulates granting UAE golden visas to:

• entrepreneurs.
• specialized talents and researchers in various fields of science and knowledge
• bright students with promising scientific capabilities
There are 2 types of UAE Golden Visa, 10-year eligibility and 5-year eligibility.
