On March 11, 2022, Congress passed the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022, officially reauthorizing the EB-5 regional center program. The program has been reauthorized for 5 years, until September 30, 2027. The reform act brings many changes to the regional center program, this video explores these changes.
