SGU Match Day 2018 – Sarah Falk

We celebrate young physicians like Sarah who matched with her top choice for psychiatry. Hear her talk about how this has been a dream of hers even before she went to college for her bachelor’s degree. Sarah’s Caribbean medical school journey included with the St. George’s University of Grenada School of Medicine/Northumbria University program (then the Keith B. Taylor Global Scholars Program), in Newcastle, England.

She talks about how medical school can be overwhelming, but with support from SGU and classmates, you can get through the program with hard work and persistence. You will also hear her talk about how her dad was in the charter class for SGU School of Medicine, the legacy he left for her, and her experiences of walking in his footsteps.
