From 18-30 June 2018, I participated in my very first artist residency, Riu d’art, in the village of Riba-roja d’Ebre, Catalonia. Inspired by the stories, sights, and my experiences during these 2 weeks, I painted a Dream Tree created specially for this place. This is my video capturing the 9 days of work it took to complete this artwork, my largest one to date.

Artwork title: The Riba-roja Dream Tree

The Dream Tree is painted on wood panels, and then assembled onto the wall, and then I’ve painted around the panels to complete the mural.
