📍Facilitate access to health benefits (they are entitled to the number of users to use the National Health System, for example);
📍 Obtaining the NISS;
📍Access to social support benefits, work protection;
📍Leasing, employment and opening of bank accounts;
📍Hiring essential public services.

✅ To prove that he is a regular in the country, the immigrant must present one (only one) of the proofs below:

📍 The certificate of regularity, obtained from the SEF website where the Expression of Interest is filed;
📍 The protocol for registering the process under Article 90;
📍The proof of the scheduling performed at SEF for the other services;
📍The request for proof of residence permit (that paper delivered when you go to SEF to present the documents, take the photograph and make the necessary payments).

1) The order does not mention the issue of driving license changes. Thus, the position regarding the acceptance or not of the regularization for the beginning of the process will depend on the IMT;

2) Regularization also serves, according to the order, to request family allowance. And the regularization of the parents is sufficient for this purpose.
