Including your sibling in an application for citizenship by investment

There are five different citizenship by investment programs in the Caribbean which include; Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St.Lucia, St.Kitts & Nevis. In the past two years, many of the citizenship by investment programs have allowed for the addition of siblings in an application for citizenship by investment.

The most flexible option for adding siblings is the Antigua & Barbuda citizenship by investment program. Under the Antigua & Barbuda passport program you can incude a sibling of any age provided they are not married and have no children. There is no requirement for your sibling to be financially dependent on you.

Other citizenship by investment programs allow for siblings to be included in an application but there are more constraints on who can be accepted as a sibling. For example, St.Kitts & Nevis the sibling must be below the age of 30 not married with no children and financially dependent on the main applicant or spouse.

St.Lucia allows siblings below the age of 18 whereas Dominica allows unmarried siblings under 26 and Grenada also allows for the inclusion of siblings in citizenship by investment applications. Note other restrictions may apply.
