BOSTON — U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) presented 3616 candidates for citizenship to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts during a naturalization ceremony on Wednesday Aug. 31, 2011 at TD Garden. The Honorable Mark L. Wolf, Chief United States District Judge administered the Oath of Allegiance to America’s newest citizens, which also included five members of the U.S. Military. Speakers and honored guests included: The Honorable Mark L. Wolf, Chief United States District Judge, District of Massachusetts; Dan Renaud, Director, USCIS Vermont Service Center; Mr. John Castillo who performed the National Anthem and America the Beautiful; The USS Constitution Color Guard.
