Slow Food Nations showcases worldwide cuisines and food exhibitions of the prestigious Slow Food International and Terra Madre event held every two years in Turin, Italy. I hosted this mini series on the unique delicious recipes, rare ingredients and best food products the world has to offer at the this global event. We explore indigenous cultures from over 30 countries and promote the benefits the Slow Food movement has in revitalising the world with good, clean and fair food.
