Hi friends, presenting you spicy but not so spicy Green Chilli Pickle Recipe by Chef Poonam Panchal, This is an instant pickle which gets prepared fast and can be eaten with Theplas or can be served as a side dish in lunch and dinner. They’re sour and have a light sizzle in their taste complimented with a crunch of mustard to awaken the taste buds. Do try them at your home 😊

Methi Thepla Recipe –

Mirch Achar Recipe –

Ingredients –
150 gram Green Chilly (Wadhwani Mirchi)
1 1/2 tblsps Split Mustard Seeds (Rai na Kuria)
1 1/2 tblsps Roasted Salt
1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1 1/2 tblsps Oil
2 whole lemon Juice

Store the chillies in refrigerator. Let the chillies get pickled in a jar for 2-3 days and then start eating them.
