The ‘Queen of Ni-Van cuisine’ and newly appointed National Agritourism Coordinator Votausi ReurMckenzie hopes a focus on local food will help business create income outside of tourism.

She’s working with Australian researchers to create experiences built around agriculture and food designed to showcase Vanuatu’s extraordinary culture and cuisine.
