France Postpones COVID-19 Jab Mandates For Martinique & Guadeloupe Following Violent Protests in

Martinique and Guadeloupe are both overseas regions of France.

The French government issued a COVID-19 jab mandate for healthcare workers in each of the Caribbean territories.

Access to public buildings, such as restaurants, cafes, and libraries, would also require a COVID-19 jab passport.

French Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire stated “the health pass is not negotiable” on the French Caribbean islands, and “we are not going to negotiate the health security of the French.”

Those authoritative measures weren’t taken kindly by residents of Martinique and Guadeloupe that already possess a high level of distrust in the French government.

Civil unrest broke out on each of the islands in response to the tyrannical COVID-19 measures.

The chaotic scenes forced the French government to withdraw their enforcement of the original November 29th deadline of the COVID-19 jab mandate.
