Cyprus is to relax its citizenship rules for foreign investors who lost at least three million euros under the country’s EU-led bailout deal. The changes will mostly affect the island’s Russian community . It is hoped the deal will go some way towards mitigating the damage and keep foreigners interested in investing in the country.
