
United States: Regulation to Expand USCIS Premium Processing Program Under Federal Review#uscisrule#uscispremiumprocessing#immigrationupdate
Final rules from the US Citizenship and Immigration Department that extend premium processing to additional case types have been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review to approach publication and implementation. The ordinance enforced the October 2020 parliamentary legislation and rewarded USCIS with work permit applications (Form I765), nonimmigrant status changes, and extended residence periods for certain dependents (Form I539). Ordered to expand the service.
Once OMB clears the rule, it will be published in the Federal Register and become effective according to the terms of the rule. The timeline to implementation could be several months.

Case Type: Form I-539 Change/Extension of Status for E, H, L, O, P and R Dependents Processing Timeline 30 days & Premium Processing fee is Not greater than $1,750.
Case Type: Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Processing Timeline 30 days & & Premium Processing fee is Not greater than $1,500.
