Hello, and welcome to Study Abroad and School Experience. This is the first episode of “Vlogmas Not Vlogmas”. I will be participating in vlogmas, but the content will deal with educational content(on this channel). I also will not be able to post everyday for Vlogmas (as I may not have time to do so).
In episode 1 of vlogmas not vlogmas- I briefly highlight First Trip. It is an organization that provides scholarship and passport assistance to U.S. students traveling abroad ( meaning international travel) for the first time ever.

Human Development Index:
“The HDI was created to emphasize that people and their capabilities should be the ultimate criteria for assessing the development of a country, not economic growth alone”. United Nations Development Program
Eligible First Trip Countries based on the Human Development Index:
Information concerning countries that have an asterisk next to it:
“First Trip may provide funding for individuals traveling to countries ranked lower than Very High on the United Nations’ annual Human Development Index (HDI). As the HDI is updated annually, only countries whose human development have been ranked as High, Medium, or Low on the latest HDI are considered eligible destinations by First Trip”. First Trip Inc
