Real Estate Investing in the Dominican Republic

In this video I briefly chat about getting and keeping your residency permit in the Dominican Republic. As a guest or resident foreigners you will have to live in the Dominican Republic with a temporary residence permit for 5 years. After which you can obtain permanent residency, which you will be able to hold onto for at least 2 years. Then after seven years of legal residence foreigners can apply and become eligible for citizenship and all the benefits associated with it if you so choose.
