Home 🏠 is where we can be naked,
where we can rest,
where we don’t have to please anyone.
Home 🏠 is belonging,
is saying the name of our loved ones,
is comprehending the words unsaid.

But sometimes, being home draws away from its core meaning. As in our lockdowns, houses became mere receptacles for our attempts of going on with normality. Home has lost its calmness and safeness.

“The circumstances of being home shape our body movement into daily routines”, even if there is no will to keep up with everyday life. The subconscious wants you to hold onto sanity, it knows what has to be done to keep, at least, a minimum of mental health.

#AtHomeBeingHome is an e-residency and mentorship program for emerging #artists from Asia and Spain. Co-developed by @culture360_asef and Casasia, this #VirtualResidency continues to support virtual people-to-people exchange 👩🏻‍💻 in the #arts and #culture sector during this period of restricted ⏸️ mobility and social distancing🧍🏻‍♀‍↔️🧍🏻‍♀‍.
