The Short answer is no, an E2 Visa has no direct path to a Green Card.
However…. There is a way that a successful E2 business can lead to an EB5 Green Card.
This is not an easy option, but it IS an option that can be explored and may provide a route to citizenship from an E2 Visa to EB5 Green Card.
