Panjim JMFC on Monday issued notices to Panjim PI and North Goa SP over the complaint filed by Adv. Aires Rodriguez on the Portuguese nationality acquired by Canacona MLA Isidore Fernandes. The JMFC has directed them to file replies on 6th September.
