This video details step by step procedure for all students who have received original passport request letter from IRCC. Since VACs remain closed for walk-ins, a new process has been initiated which is a temporary 2 way courier service for collecting and delivering the processed passports.
VFS Global and IRCC are closely working to implement these new procedures in an effective manner. However considering that that there are a large number of students requesting passport submissions, the overall turn around time for receiving a stamped passport is longer than usual.
Processed passports means passports with VISA STAMPS.
