Everyday I ask myself: How do I feel today? How is my body? What do I need? This is a very important part of my practice: understand what is TODAY.
Today I got in touch with my body and soul and this was what came out. Researching on: waterfall, still water, river, flow, sparkle, waves, lake… maybe the ferryboat I took 2 days ago to arrive on this island is still resonating inside of me.

The rest of the rehearsal was really shitty, so I let go and went out for a walk… today this is what it was. Enough.
