For E B-1 Visa, The FINAL ACTION DATES is EXPECTED to remain CURRENT for INDIA, CHINA – Mainland Born, MEXICO, PHILIPPINES, VIETNAM, EL SALVADO GUATEMALA HONDURAS and All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed. Now, let’s move on to October 2021 EXPECTED FINAL ACTION DATES Movements for EMPLOYMENT-BASED E B- 2 Immigrant Visa Category. For E B- 2 Visa, The Final Action Date is EXPECTED to remain Current for MEXICO, PHILIPPINES, VIETNAM, EL SALVADOR GUATEMALA HONDURAS and All Chargeability Areas Except Those Listed. For INDIA E B- 2 Visa, The Final Action Date is EXPECTED to move from 01-Jun-2011 to 01-Nov-2011. For CHINA-mainland born E B- 2 Visa, The Final Action Date is EXPECTED to move from 01-Apr-2018 to 22-Aug-2018.
