Most Indian nationals working in the U.S. are highly skilled professionals. Yet in most instances, they deal with great difficulties at all stages of the U.S. immigration process. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program provides green cards / permanent U.S. residency (and a direct path to U.S. citizenship) to foreign investors and their immediate family members upon making a $500,000 USD investment in a new U.S. business that creates at least 10 full-time American jobs.
