‘The Sleeping Ancestors’ is the second part of a three-part anthology Peter has been writing for his father, centering around dreaming and creating poetic language around ‘pulotu’, the spiritual homeland of the peoples of the Pacific. Peter has more than two decades of expertise in using and managing advocacy through artistic expression. He is an Arts Manager, and supporter of the Spokenword arts movement in Fiji. He works as a gay activist using storytelling as advocacy and is passionate about developing the literary arts in Fiji and addressing prolonged silences in the art form.
