Wanting to spend more time with her family, Nena (Irma Adlawan) decides to retire after three decades of being a teacher. In hopes of giving her loved ones a better life, she invests her savings in a business venture with a partner. However, her dream comes crumbling down when she loses all her money to a scam. Desperate to recover, Nena tries her luck by applying as a caregiver in the United States. What was supposed to be a rewarding job turns into a miserable life when Nena is forced into working for abusive employers.
