Former Caricom Ambassador to Haiti Earl Huntley has expressed reservations about the recently implemented Citizenship by Investment program. Huntley’s misgivings come as the IMF has issued a word of caution on the growing number of citizenship by investment programs implemented by Caribbean nations.
