HOW TO APPEAL YOUR SPANISH SEPHARDIC CITIZENSHIP BEFORE THE JUDGE IF IT DOES NOT RESOLVE IN A YEAR?
In this video we want to explain what happens if you have submitted your application for Spanish Sephardic Citizenship over a year ago and there is still no response.
Can you present then an appeal to the Administrative Spanish Judge? Is it possible that the judge grants you the Citizenship as well, by this way ?
The answer is clearly a “YES”: if you think and see that your Citizenship probably still take time and you want to file an appeal with the Judge (Contentious section of the “Audiencia Nacional”), it is possible to do so, and can it could usually speed up the resolution of the nationality.
Best option is always to wait the answer of the Citizenship, who takes between 1 and 2 years, but if after 1 year it is in process and you think it will take a reasonable more time, option to appeal does,t interrupt or disserve the usual Government process, but can be a pressure mesure to get a faster approval of the Citizenship.
We do it in Spain with ordinary Citizenship cases, and the same way can be used in Sephardic Citizenship
We can help you with all this process, and we study each case before, to see the feasibility and the options that there are, that in many cases there are
We encourage all of you with this process, and we can help you in all .
