After formation of a Vanuatu International Company, we approach the Commission and obtain all forms for registration which have to be filled and submitted with a deposit of USD 2000. The Financial Service Commission will then evaluate your application and issue the License within 1-3 months.
The Licenses are valid for one year and have to be renewed annually.
The disclosures required are minimal and the process is user friendly.
Once, the license is issued your license details will also be updated on the Financial Services Commission website allowing you to submit your credentials globally and enabling instant verification.
A few final steps remain like opening a local bank account and registering the Financial Intelligence Unit which can be completed within 5-10 days and require disclosure and documentation.
