Letter to Immigration Attorney in Spain Requesting Help:
My name is Bryan Tew and I need help to get a new valid normal passport from American Embassy.
I am an American national and a registered asylum seeker in your country now trying to leave Spain as I was violently attacked and severely injured in Spain unable to get medical treatment but my passport is an emergency passport no longer valid for travel and has to be renewed.
I need a normal passport which US Government has not issued to me for four years for no valid reason but constant games . Instead giving me an emergency passport each time, valid for only six months travel forcing me to constantly renew it every apprx six months .
I need a normal passport as this has been going on for four years for no valid reason with the US Embassy not giving me a valid ten year passport. Indeed, both the Nacional Policia and the US Embassy illegally took my passport for no valid reason and offered no reason at all for doing so.
I, Bryan Tew, requested asylum in Barcelona Airport in December of 2020 which Nacional Policia agreed to process asylum claim in airport and they processed my case, took my passport, locked me in a room in the airport all night, and then the next morning refused to help me telling me instead to go to a location in the city center of Barcelona but not returning my passport
However, Nacional Policia took passport illegally offering no valid reason, illegally refused to return passport and illegally forwarded it to the American Consulate knowing that I was fleeing attacks and persecution from the American government because I told Policia this is asylum interview.
Basically they have placed me in a quasi-state of de facto EXIT CONTROL by U.S. Embassy and Spanish Nacional Policia and prevented from leaving country of Spain due to constant illegal and unethical actions with no legal or administrative grounds of any kind to justify such conduct, to prevent my departure from country on multiple occasions, never offering a reason why. even after I have purchased expensive airplane tickets to get out of Spain, and was awaiting flight inside airport, at Adolfo Suarez International Airport, in Madrid, Spain.
I tried to exit country of Spain a few days ago trying to fly out to Ecuador, but because of passport no longer valid for the illegal and unethical conduct of the Spanish National Police and American Embassy who refused to return passport back in December 2020 that was illegally and unethically taken by Spanish National Police and illegally and unethically taken by US Consulate in Barcelona for no valid reason and illegally and unethically forwarded to U.S. Embassy in Barcelona Spain, forcing me to reapply for another temporary six month passport which has now expired for international travel because of their constant games of deception and manipulation
Nacional Policia and US Embassy had no legal right to take and refuse to return my passport
I am a former U.S. Department of Defense Contractor with ITT Industries and with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and a registered asylum seeker in Spain. Now I just want to leave
Also, I am severely injured from paralytic shoulder injury and other spinal injuries sustained from violent attacks I have been unable to get medical treatment in Spain despite repeated attempts pleading for help at hospitals and clinics.
