As per Mrs. Qazi recorded statement before the Supreme Court, she was issued Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) of Pakistan in 2003 which is issued to a Pakistani citizen only. Then later why she needed a Pakistani visa when CNIC holder are allowed visa-free entry and unlimited stay in Pakistan?
It means that CNIC issued in 2003 was surrendered and Pakistani citizenship was renounced before purchasing a property in London in March 2004 by using Spanish identity.
