I went to San Francisco from Portland, Oregon for the day in October to have my interview at the Philippine Consulate for my Dual Citizenship. When you become a citizen of the US, you have lose your citizenship for the Philippines. But, you can reclaim it at the Philippine Consulate General in your jurisdiction.
You can find the directions on the consulate website. My consulate is in San Francisco, so here are the steps I followed.
1. Visit the consulate website to review the process.
2. Schedule an appointment through their website.
3. Print and fill out the forms. Collect the original documents and copies.
4. Take three 2×2 inch photos on plain white background.
5. Visit the consulate for your interview appointment to review the documents and pay their fees.
6. Take the oath.
