If you renounce US citizenship, could you survive and travel with a Tier C passport?
There have been a lot of questions concerning my current travel documents after I renounced my US passport, which spurred me on to do this video.
The truth is that Tier A passports are getting a lot more buzz then they deserve, and I talk about why it is so in this video:
So, can you travel only on a Tier C passport?
If you prefer to stay in one place, then having a Tier C passport could work for you.
Maybe you’re in need of more travel privileges, in which case there are ways to augment your Tier C passport, and I explain in the video how it can be done.
You don’t necessarily have to get a second passport, but just a second residency could make your life a lot easier in this situation.
Also, it’s important to note that there are some Tier C passports that aren’t a bad travel document, to begin with.
Good examples are Turkey and Russia, to name a few.
The truth is that sometimes passports lack visa-free access to the EU, which is why they rank poorly.
It’s important to understand that not everything is black and white when it comes to this topic, so it’s important to understand all the nuances.
