With 589 J.LEAGUE shirts collected from the fans and supporters of Japan in hand, staffs of J.LEAGUE visited the Republic of Vanuatu. In cooperation with JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), the shirts were passed out one by one to the children and we all enjoyed football together.
We held the same event in 6 countries in the past, and a total of 4,227 shirts have reached many smiles around Asia. We would like to thank the fans and supporters for their continued offering of their J.LEAGUE shirts!
The event is in part of the Sport for Tomorrow (SFT) led by the Japanese Government. For more on SFT: (
