EB-5 is an investment based conditional residence status for 2 years that is offered by the US Government to an investor, his spouse and dependent Children below 21 years. In September, 2012, EB-5 visa program was extended for further 3 years. A maximum of 10,000 visas (including the applicant and family) are issued under EB-5 visa program every year.
