The Atlantic rally for cruisers (ARC) plus – one of the world’s leading sailing rallies, for the first time in 8 years, will not be dropping anchor in
St. Lucia.
The arc plus has sailed to neighboring island Grenada.
Economist and maritime consultant Cuthbert Didier warns that the shift by the smaller scale international sailing event is cause for concern.
