Kittitian Hill which is one of the highest costing per square foot properties being offered in St. Kitts. When the properties were being marketed back around 2013 – 2014, 400 square foot units were selling at 400,000 USD and monthly maintenance fees including the estimated golf course fees at one time were estimated to be about 1200 USD per month although to my knowledge the golf course was never totally completed. It is a pretty place but appears to have been never totally finished. Stay away from buying here. Pretty but way way too high in price.
