How to Get Turkey Citizenship with Real Estate

Turkey has updated its citizenship by investment program with easier requirements, meaning a reasonable real estate investment, bank deposit, or hiring plan could give you Turkish citizenship.

Turkey launched its second passport program in 2017 and vastly overestimated the value of the Turkish passport. Based on how little response the program got, the Turkish government has now reduced the investment needed to become a citizen.

Turkey’s passport offers visa-free travel to 111 countries, and may be a great addition to some Nomad Capitalists’ “passport portfolios”.
