EB5 Affiliate Network (EB5AN)’s TEA map is now updated with the latest available American Community Survey (ACS) empoyment data (2015-2019) by census tract. Now is the time to check to see if your project remains qualified as a TEA, or now does qualify.
In order for an EB-5 investor to qualify for the lower minimum investment amount of $900,000, he or she must invest in a project in a targeted employment area (TEA). EB5AN offers a national TEA map that allows users to instantly identify TEAs and download a TEA qualification report that is ready for submission with an I-526 petition. The map’s TEA qualification calculations use the four calculation methods accepted by USCIS. The map also offers automatic census tract combination, indicates whether a project site qualifies for EB5AN regional center sponsorship, and more.
